Warranty Period:

The warranty period  is 24 months (2 years) from the date of delivery.

Warranty Range:

All products are sold by Suteer .

In warranty period, we will ship a replacement(s) as soon as we receive the broken/malfunctioning device(s).

The warranty range doesn’t include the following:

  • Failures caused by physical damage
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized changes to the product or attempt(s) to repair
  • Lightning strike or other natural (or manmade) disasters.

How to get money refund for broken or malfunctioning device ?

  1. Please contact us during 7 working days after you receive the order, otherwise the money will be not refunded.
  2. Send defective item back to our warehouse, unused and in the original packing.
  3. The buyer must pay warranty shipping.
  4. Buyer must send order back to our warehouse via a postal service which provide a tracking number.
  5. Customs value should not exceed 10 USD and shipping reason: “Return for repair or refund”.
  6. All returned items will be inspected. Full refund is processed only if returned items are without usage marks and in their original packaging.
